Historic Companies as Ambassadors for Tuscany in the World, the most authentic expression of an excellence that must be encouraged and supported also at an institutional level. The meeting held at the beginning of 2007 between Riccardo Nencini (chairman of the Tuscan Region Council) and Franco Torrini (president of UIST, Unione Imprese Storiche Toscane), produced the decision to set up an agreement between the Tuscan Region and the association of companies that are more than one hundred years old.
