The Italian Historic Companies Association participated in the Festival of Growth in Venice (September 23-24th) with four representatives: the President Eugenio Alphandery (Officina Profumo Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella 1612, Florence), the 1st vice President Mariacristina Gribaudi (Keyline – Bianchi Conegliano Group 1770), the 2nd vice President Pina Amarelli (Amarelli Museum of Licorice 1731) and the member of the northern Italy district Jacopo Poli (Poli Distillery 1989, Schiavon).
The association’s representatives gave their speeches at 2 pm on Saturday, September 24th during a panel discussion titled “Companies and Memories: boosting ultra-centenarian prospects” and moderated by Prof. Francesco Morace.
This edition of the Festival of growth in Venice took place on September 23-24th at Palazzo Grassi’s Theatre, in collaboration with Palazzo Grassi and the Ca ‘Foscari University.
Several fundamental topics on the contemporary world were addressed during the event, with insights and projects marking important experiences in the art of innovating. The Festival explored the paths followed by many different talents: art, design and cultural projects in a wide perspective – ranging from the best practices ensuring accessibility and intercultural growth, to the new frontiers of digital technologies aimed at expanding the experience of art and culture, inside and outside the museums. There were some focus areas dedicated to the world of art in relation to corporate culture, to the revitalization of memories and the future of tourism, where the values of sustainability, innovation and inclusion were relaunched and shared by multiple actors and sectors.
