The Observatory does not enjoy any structure support, neither
economic nor human. This status makes it free to think and act
without conditions in accordance with the Association’s aims.

It can count on the fertility of “thinking”, on an intercom cloud
system, on the personal experience of its members and partners to
aggregate human resources intended to pursue aims of thought
which serve the interests of individual member companies, meaning
those willing not only to appear but also to be actors in a context where
